Unrealistic reconstitution
I am building a believable-looking image using the documents I gathered and the memories and feelings I have of the place.
This reconstruction is actually aligned with the idealized images of « kitsch » tapestries sold in the 70s.
This takes me back to the cards of contemporary tapestries edited and released by DMC at the time that my aunt Yvonne, a single and independant woman, would buy to wrap pillows in her modern house to go with its stripped down decoration.
